Rob Burton, has been a business owner for over 35 years. He has built business and investment opportunities across different ethnic cultures and countries. With the Ups and Downs of our economy Rob has experienced the trials of leading businesses through tough times. He shares his experiences with others so that they can educate themselves and make quality decisions. Building and working through complex business, real estate and financial arrangements with transparency is the objective of Rob’s consultations.

Rob is a licensed California real estate broker and an IRS certified tax preparer. He also has a MBA finance degree from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA., and a BS business degree from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ.

Came to the United States in 2001. She started her new career in her new country as an accountant with different companies. She soon worked her way to office administration helping small businesses manage their operations. Later she began her entrepreneurial career working as a loan consultant. Just shortly after starting as a loan consultant the economy turned bad and she experienced personally how difficult lenders can be and the devastation of losing a home that took years of savings to purchase in the first place. Working directly with lenders Ning learned how to effectively know her rights and has committed herself to helping clients work through issues and educate them on their financial options. Her consultations have helped many of her kababayan save their homes or find other solutions. She understands the importance of long-term affordable housing as the cornerstone of financial security.

Ning, studied at Far Eastern University, in Manila, Philippines and was awarded a degree in business administration and accounting in the USA. She is licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with specialty in Reverse Mortgage and a licensed Real Estate Professional in CA.
